Shipping Policy

 

  • We ship from Ellison Bay, Wisconsin
  • We process orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details, if you do not receive an email please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. 
  • If you need any assistance with your order please contact us directly at info@uncletomscandy.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. 
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order. 
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the location of the customer shipping address and the overall weight of their order. 
  • Shipping charges for each order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Any orders that include Uncle Tom’s chocolate or fudge products, between June 1st and September 1st, will automatically incur an additional charge (cooling packs) to ensure each product maintains the appropriate temperature throughout the delivery process. With that said, Uncle Tom’s will not be responsible for refunding the cost of any melted chocolate or fudge products during the aforementioned timeframe.
